Exim Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

Manage end to end import and export processes, including documentation, custom clearances, shipping and delivery Coordinate with Suppliers, Freight forwarders, Custom brokers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of goods.
Maintain strong relationships and communicate effectively with suppliers, customers and stakeholders Knowledge of import export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, COO, and Bill of lading.
Monitor Shipping status and proactively address delays or issues.
Ensure compliances, EXIM regulations and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of EXIM transactions.
Optimize shipping routes.
Maintain organized files of all import and export documents.
Provide regular updates and reports on EXIM activities.
