Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing design solutions that meet our marketing, branding, and communication needs. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce visually appealing designs across various platforms.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualization and Design:

Develop creative and innovative design concepts that align with the company's brand identity.
Design visual elements for a variety of platforms, including print, digital, and social media.

2. Branding:

Ensure consistency in brand representation across all design projects.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create visuals that communicate and reinforce the brand message.
Digital and Print Design:
Create engaging designs for online platforms, including social media graphics, website banners, and email campaigns.
Design marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, and other print materials.

3. Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand design requirements and objectives.
Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs.

4. Stay Updated on Design Trends:

Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
Integrate new design techniques and technologies into projects as appropriate.

5. File Management:

Organize and maintain design files, ensuring efficient workflow and easy retrieval of assets.

Location: Mumbai (Andheri - E) MIDC

Experience: 3 to 5 Yrs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
