Customer Service Executive

Managing end to end escalations on Mails, Calls and internal backend operations

Responsibilities:


  • Managing end to end escalations on mails and calls
  • Experience in ERP Tally is a must
  • Managing internal backend operations process and ticket raising process
  • Experience of voice and non-voice is must
  • Proactive and Dynamic individual with excellent communication skills
  • Experience of handling calls and mails
  • Working experience in Tally is must
  • Excellent communication verbal and written communication skills is must

Qualifications:

 

  • HSC / Graduation / Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with Customer Service
  • Age Preferred 20-29 Years
  • Industry Preferred : Open
  • Experience working in agile development environment
