Customer Service Executive
Managing end to end escalations on Mails, Calls and internal backend operations
Responsibilities:
- Managing end to end escalations on mails and calls
- Experience in ERP Tally is a must
- Managing internal backend operations process and ticket raising process
- Experience of voice and non-voice is must
- Proactive and Dynamic individual with excellent communication skills
- Experience of handling calls and mails
- Working experience in Tally is must
- Excellent communication verbal and written communication skills is must
Qualifications:
- HSC / Graduation / Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with Customer Service
- Age Preferred 20-29 Years
- Industry Preferred : Open
- Experience working in agile development environment
