It is designed for biocompatible applications requiring short-term skin or mucosal membrane contact. It makes an excellent base material for soft tissue replacements and temporary medical fixtures, including splints and contacts.
The parts made using BioMed Amber Resin are incredibly compatible with common solvent disinfection and sterilization methods. BioMed Amber Resin is manufactured in our ISO 13485 facility.
