Formlabs High Temp Resin has a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of 238 °C @ 0.45 MPa—the highest among Formlabs resins. Formlabs High Temp Resin V2 is a UV-sensitive, durable resin engineered to withstand multiple exposure cycles and post-curing for outstanding toughness and high-temperature performance.
This resin is ideal for functional part manufacture and testing and is fine-tuned with extra binders and modifiers to achieve an exceptionally high heat deflection temperature. It can also withstand extensive testing and perform under stress. Our High Temp Resin material is suited for functional testing, wear & tear simulations, and robust prototypes built for extreme conditions.
