Customer Success Executive- Mechanical

As a Customer Success Executive, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the satisfaction and success of our customers. You will be the main point of contact for customers, helping them navigate our products and services and ensuring they have a positive experience.

Role & Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, answer queries, and
provide solutions to any issues they may encounter.
Technical Support: Utilize your knowledge of manufacturing technologies (3D Printing, CNC, IM, VC) to
assist customers with technical questions and challenges they face.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our products and services to effectively communicate their features
and benefits to customers.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions, ensuring
timely follow-up on outstanding matters.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products and services,
sharing this information with relevant teams.
Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding processfor new customers, ensuring they have a smooth introduction
to our solutions.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product
development, to ensure customer needs are met.

Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork

Salary Range: 18,000 - 21,000 INR

Experience: Minimum 1 year in a production-related role

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
