Do I need an account to upload files?
Yes you need to register at rapid.imaginarium.io and setup an account, post which you can upload your files, track your orders and also see historical data.
How can I upload my file?
You can upload your 3D design CAD files either on our online platform or by sending them through to our customer care team.
What type of files can I upload?
We accept .stl, .obj, .3ds, .ply, .amf, .3mf, .gts, .vrml, .wrl, .x3d, .x3db, .zpr, .iges, .step, .model, .catpart, .catproduct, .catshape, .3dxml, .prc, .prt, .sldasm, .sldprt and more. For CNC machining and similar services, we prefer .STEP and .IGES. For critical dimensions, provide 2D PDFs.
How many designs can I upload together?
You can upload any number of designs, as long as the total size does not exceed 200MB.
I do not want to upload design on the website, what is the alternative?
You can always send us your enquiry with CAD files and details at [email protected]
What is the minimum order quantity or value?
You can order even 1 part. The minimum order value is Rs 2500 + taxes.
I have special instruction about my product, where shall I communicate?
Add special instructions during checkout or contact us via customer support.
Pricing
What Payment options are available?
We accept PayU and bank transfer. Payment options appear on the checkout page.
How much time will it take for a quote?
Instant quotes for 3D printing via our online platform. Other services take 24–48 hours.
Can I get a discount on bigger volumes?
Yes, bulk orders qualify for discounts.
Production
I am confused as to which technology or material to use for making my products.

What is the lead time on making a part?
Lead time varies by process, quantity, and material. It will be specified in your quote.
What Tolerances can I expect?
Depends on geometry, material, and method. For CNC: DIN 2768; Vacuum Casting: +0.15%; 3D Printing: +0.5mm.
If my part size is bigger than the machine bed size, will you still make it?
Yes. We can join parts in-house seamlessly, even for large designs.
How does Imaginarium Rapid assure Quality?
Our engineers analyze each file. We conduct multiple checks and provide an Inspection Report.
Can Imaginarium Rapid help me with assembly?
Yes, we offer product assembly services using our domain expertise.
Intellectual Property
Will my designs be kept confidential and what about intellectual property?
We sign NDAs. We have strong internal measures to protect your IP and prevent leaks.
Can we have Non-Disclosure agreement signed?
Yes. Email your NDA to [email protected] and we will review and sign it.
Shipping
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges are based on weight, size, and destination. We charge actuals.
Once I place the order, how do I track it?
Track orders in your account dashboard.
Returns
Can I cancel the order once placed?
Orders cannot be canceled after production begins.
What if I am not happy with the part I received?
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve discrepancies promptly.
What if the pieces are defective?
Notify us within 72 hours. Return the defective parts and we’ll provide a solution.
