Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative at Imaginarium will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships with potential customers, and closing sales deals. This individual will work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.


  • Lead Generation: Prospect and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.Customer
  •  Engagement: Respond to inquiries from potential customers and provide them with in-depth product information on different printers like Ultimaker, Raise 3D, Formlabs, and technical expertise in 3D printing technology (FDM, SLS, SLA).
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the products to potential customers, emphasizing technical aspects of the printers.
  • Sales Negotiations: Collaborate with prospects to understand their requirements and negotiate sales terms to close deals.
  • Sales Closing: Convert leads into customers and achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas. Ensure customer-focused approach by understanding the customer's business and industry needs.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Manage stakeholders effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and report on sales metrics regularly. Utilize knowledge of OEM Portal for smooth order processing and management.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, as well as internal departments like engineering or support, to ensure seamless customer experiences and provide technical expertise as needed.
  • Generation of Leads: Develop internal and external leads to drive sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Experience: Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales role, with technical expertise in 3D printing technology (FDM, SLS, SLA) and knowledge of different printers like Ultimaker, Raise 3D, Formlabs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product information and sales pitches.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals effectively.
  • Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a focus on understanding the customer's business and industry to provide tailored solutions.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software, OEM Portal, and other sales-related tools.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effective stakeholder management to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.
