Inside Sales (International)

We are seeking a position based in Mumbai to manage Sales, Customer Relationship Management and Operational activities for some of our existing and new customer requests globally.

Responsibilities:


  • Everyday communications: Interaction with existing customer, replying to new enquiries.
  • Nurturing the given accounts and providing highest possible level of service to the customer
  • Aligning and achieving the given Business targets
  • Responsible for meeting customers’ needs by –
  1. Ensuring timely delivery of orders
  2. Ensuring timely and quality communication
  3. Ensuring timely delivery of orders
  4.  Managing documentation with the backend Sales team
  5. Represent the company on phone calls, virtual meetings or in person to
    understand client’s development needs.
  6. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’
    objective.
  7. Using knowledge of the demand and enquiries, identify new requirements or
    improvement areas to achieve targets.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  •  Liaising with employees at all levels and functions to provide the required support to the customer

Essential Know-how:

 

  • A good understanding of customer orientation and ability to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Experience with dealing in the International market is a plus.
  •  Should have average to good MS- Excel skills
  •  An understanding of Jewellery: Manufacturing or Design is a plus
  • Foreign language knowledge would be an added advantage.

Qualifications, knowledge and experience

 

  • Graduate in Marketing/Business/Design
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in any of the above fields
